Thank you so much for joining the Gyal Dem Fight Dem community. It’s amazing to have you here with us. Since boxing stole my heart I’ve wanted to set up a community specifically to encourage women and girls in boxing, knowing first hand the transformational impact boxing can have on every part of your life.

This community is all about empowering you in your boxing journey, helping you get the training, advice and support you need; finding community and solidarity amongst the other women out there, and getting women specific advice on things that impact our training but is rarely discussed.

The newsletters will be sent at least monthly with exclusive access and discounts to our up and coming events, sparring events and our retreat.
